The Simpsons: 10 Worst Episodes Ever

Lady Gaga's Season 23 appearance was a new low for the show. Literally, it was the lowest rated episode in the series' long history up to that point. More like a twenty minute commercial for the singer than a proper episode, the plot revolves around Lady Gaga essentially sorting everyone's lives out for them - Lisa in particular.

While being presented as the cure to depression might've been nice for Miss Gaga's ego, it does little in the way of entertainment value for those at home.

Lady Gaga's penchant for bizarre fashion statements is satirised through the episode with the design team crafting eighteen outfits for her animated self. What's curious is the eery similarity to Gaga's intro in this episode and her entrance at the Super Bowl LI halftime show. Both involve her descending from a great height via harness and both look rather silly.

If there's one redeeming moment in this dumpster fire of an episode, it has to be Homer cooking her ridiculous meat dress and eating it. Beyond the vague amusement of that scene, however, this is an episode best left unwatched.
