5. Musician - Various Episodes
Homer has worked as a musician in four Simpsons episodes to date - As the frontman of "The Be Sharps" in the episode "Homer's Barbershop Quartet", as the composer of "Everyone Hates Ned Flanders" with David Byrne in "Dude, Where's My Ranch", as a composer of Lisa Simpson's songs during her music career in the episode "A Star Is Torn" and finally as Member/Songwriter/Frontman of the grunge band "Sadgasm" (above) in the episode "That 90's Show".
D'oh! How It Goes Wrong In each instance, Homer's various musical endeavors prove to be nothing more than a passing phase, and each of his band members merely go their separate ways.
