4. Bart Simpson's Dracula - THOH IV
This one needs no explanation of what its spoofing. Invited to Mr Burns castle home in Pennsylvania (get it?), Bart and Lisa find out that Burns is in fact the leader of the Springfields undead who has been feasting on the townfolks precious, precious blood. An excellent example of how to do a good parody, this is a near flawless piece with many a twist in the tale which I wont spoil for you here.
