4. Guillermo
Guillermo is the leader of the Atlanta group who kidnapped Glenn in season one's 'Vatos'. Rick, Daryl and T-Dog hunted them down only to find that Guillermo's group was actually protecting a retirement home. Rick appreciated what Guillermo was doing and offered some of their guns and ammunition as a sign of good faith.
Guillermo put on a tough face but he was truly a good person at heart. It's hard to come by people in the apocalypse who aren't morally bankrupt. Guillermo would have made for an excellent addition to Rick's group, however, we shouldn't expect to see Guillermo return any time soon since he was killed off in a deleted scene from the second season.
What a shame.
