5. T-Dog

T-Dog was a quiet character, one you've probably forgotten about, and while he was occasionally clumsy (dropping the key to Merle's cuffs), everything he did was with a good heart. He just wanted to survive like everyone else, and he sacrificed himself for a top character. He was bitten as he tried to close the gate when the prison was being overrun by walkers, though he managed to escape. Later, to save Carol, he threw himself willingly at a horde of walkers to give her a clean shot at survival, though he was shredded to pieces and devoured on the spot. It was a harrowing end, in heroic circumstances.
