Glenn is one of the most intelligent and compassionate characters and as Maggie says, he tries so hard to fix everything. He invests a lot of time in trying to bring out the best in people and he's successful, just look at Nicholas. Glenn spends time getting to know people, especially those who have lost their way and they can become a valuable member of the group because of their transformation. But more importantly, who is going to fix Maggie's broken heart?
