The Walking Dead: Every Season 8 Episode Ranked Worst To Best

Monsters is one of many season eight episodes to deal with the conflict between the characters as they fight. The main focus this time round is on Jesus and Morgan, whose views are so different it eventually leads to a brilliantly choreographed fight between the two which Jesus eventually wins.

Theirs isn't the only compelling character clash, though. Monsters also features the proper return of season one survivor Morales, who holds Rick at gunpoint and tells his tale before Daryl kills him.

Both of these developments compliment each other incredibly well, highlighting just how terribly the growing conflict is going to effect the core group and shake up their dynamic forever. Add to these thrilling and poignant developments the death of Aaron's boyfriend Eric, and what you have is an episode that is damn near spotless.
