Though we don't actually get to see Jim (Andrew Rothenberg) turn on screen, his final fate is pretty cut and dry.
An early example of the show taking a look at what it's like to be bitten by a walker, Jim is infected during the Atlanta camp's destruction earlier in the season. As the group make their way to the CDC, they leave Jim at the side of the road to turn, by his request, giving a heartfelt goodbye in the process.
