The Walking Dead Season 6: 10 Questions We’re Asking After ‘The Next World'
5. What Does The Future Hold For Enid? And Spencer?
It's understandable if people aren't totally sold on Enid, but I like her. Yes, she could easily slot into the angsty teen category, but I've seen how whiny Walking Dead youngsters can be (Ron) and she is most certainly a more collected individual than most. Her bond with Glenn was sweet to watch develop, and now Maggie is offering her help to Enid. She is finally feeling like part of the group, and could slowly grow into a significant role. Maggie and Glenn have almost adopted the 'parents' role which Enid will appreciate, even if she doesn't show it. Who knows whether Enid is here for the long-haul, but it'll be interesting to see where her character goes from here. The same applies to Spencer. I don't think anybody truly expected to see reanimated Deanna, but we did, he did, and he finished her off. It was a huge moment for Spencer, and while I've criticised him repeatedly in Season 6, this is his chance to bounce back.
