3. The Ending

One of the most impressive aspects of Season 6 has been the way each episode has offered up a cliffhanger, and then told the story leading up to that moment from a different perspective in the episode after. We've left TWD on one of those events which will surely take centre stage next week. We heard a booming shout to open the gate in a voice that sounded a lot like Rick's, but that's all we know about the situation. It's a great way to end an episode, and a seamless way to draw the whole season together. Even though we were given an hour of almost total flashbacks, the episode still connects to the overall show.
