5. Knife Walker

It probably means very little in the grand scheme of things, but this was a nice reminder that there are others in the world learning to adapt to the walker domination. As the walkers piled their way through Alexandria, one of the undead had a knife visibly sticking out of its face. If you're a zombie, I'd say the last thing you need for your wandering eternity is a blade protruding across the width of your head, but it was a very subtle way to show the 'larger world' that The Walking Dead is aiming for.
