19. Studies in Modern Movement (Season 3, Episode 7)

HE TWEETED IT! This episode is equally balanced, but the best part is when Dean Pelton blackmails a truant Jeff at the Mall to spend time with him. Dean Pelton becomes the shows best supporting character during Season 2, and in the next season he shines bright. He is shown to have a bit of an edge to him, and his Video karaoke performance of Seals Kiss from a Rose with Jeff is genius. dd in Troy and Abeds T-Shirt, the debut of The Dreamatorium, Pierces disturbing paint-fume-induced hallucinations and Britta an Shirleys disgust at a hitchhiker provides everyone with their own funny moments.
18. Modern Warfare (Season 1, Episode 23)

Im sure the low positioning of this will cause some discussion. Yes, it is the original, but as seen later on, it is perfected. Because we are just beginning to familiarise ourselves with the study group, and with parodied theme episodes, its not quite as familiar. However, the direction is brilliant (the Director went on the make Fast Five), the music is excellent, and the tropes of such action movies are so well done. Jeffs initial awakening is when Community heads into just plain weird territory, so it is an important episode, and a fantastic one. Also, this does feature one of Abeds best entrances- Riddick, much?
