Top 5 Serial Killers On TV

4. Dick & Jane Killer - CSI

Dick & Jane Killer This bad boy deserves to be on this list for the sheer number of aliases he has: Dick & Jane Killer, DJK, Nate, Nathan Haskell, Warner ThorpeĀ€ yes, that many. Warner Thorpe grew up in an abusive household, where he heard his mother being beaten up constantly by his father. This might bring about a nature vs nurture argument into play but he was also genetically predisposed to violence. Warner first started to show his maniacal behaviour when he killed animals as a child. At age 16, he finally killed his first person: a salesman named Nathan Haskell. After assuming his first victims identity, he became a full fledged deranged serial killer, and came to be known as the Dick & Jane Killer based on his modus operandi (MO). He would target couples, first incapacitating the males by giving them a large overdose of THC (the main drug in Marijuana) and Sage extract, and then killing them by strangling them with his bare hands. He would then assume control of the female, and take her to an isolated cabin where he would hold her captive and torture her for days before finally, killing her. The torture usually involved cutting with sharp blades, electrocution, and rape. The most spine-chilling fact about his MO though, is that he would always give the female a 'chance' to live. He would dangle the opportunity to come out of the ordeal alive, just like an angler baits fish. He took sadistic pleasure in seeing them squirm and fight to save their lives. They never did live though. Phew! I bet we're all glad this piece of work resides firmly in the world of fiction.
