The Walking Dead: 10 Best New Characters From Season 4

5. Joe

"There's nothing sadder than an outdoor cat that thinks he's an indoor cat". One of the many great quotes that Joe had in his short spell on the show. But despite his fleeting appearance he was one awesome villain. In the end, this character was detestable, and what he instructed his men to do to Rick and his group was just plain sick. But Jeff Kober did an absolutely outstanding job as the leader of the marauders. He was a great bad guy, and played a major part in the most intense, edge-of-your-seat scene in the show. When Joe found Daryl, he wasn't actually that bad. He wasn't good by any means, but he had rules, to keep his men in place, and if they broke these rules, they would be punished. And we all hated Len, so when Joe instructed his men to "teach him all the way", we were actually very happy. Not to mention, he had one of the most shocking death scenes, when Rick actually bit a chunk of his neck out. How crazy was that! Joe was a great character for the show. He was evil. He was intimidating. But let's be honest, we are all glad he's dead.

Bradley Weir hasn't written a bio just yet, but if they had... it would appear here.
