Maeve has been shot. We know this. Except, well, she hasn't. She's been patched up, and shouldn't have any knowledge of it happening.

Somehow, she remembers, and is convinced that the bullet is still inside of her. It should be impossible, but eventually she convinces Hector to cut into her - itself kinda f**ked - and, lo and behold, there is the bullet.
