While the first episode showed things weren't exactly going to plan at Westworld (or they were, but we didn't know that then), it wasn't until the end that it really showed its hand in that regard.

Dolores, after convincing Bernard that she was still on-script and nothing was wrong, is back on her front porch. And, like earlier in the episode, a fly lands on her.

While the hosts are programmed not to kill a living thing, Dolores swats the fly, doing exactly that. Uh-oh.
