So, it's a wonder that Wagstaff hasn't burned itself to the ground seeing as the incomparable Phillip Frond is in charge of the student's wellbeing. Thankfully, his actor is far more competent at his job than Mr Frond is at his.
David Herman is one of the most decorated voice actors in the cartoon world as he's had a foot in some of the biggest animated projects the medium has seen. You might know him as Scruffy from Futurama, Kevin from Paradise PD or Zach from American Dad, but that's only scratching the surface.
Other than his great vocal credits, Herman is no stranger to live-action, as he was an original cast member of MADtv, played Nelson in Dude Where's My Car, portrayed the Secretary of State in Idiocracy, and even lent his name to Office Space as Michael Bolton.
It's safe to say he knows what he's doing, unlike the character he plays.
