Where to begin with Luke Rockhold...

Luke Rockhold just has an unlikeable personality, plain and simple. He’s cocky, arrogant, and a sore loser. The man’s attitude just screams douche bag. This was all highlighted by a few key events in the fighter's career.

Rockhold has taken heat for things like his modeling career and his appearance on Millionaire Matchmaker in which he even admits he looked pretty bad. Perhaps this aspect of his heat is unfair, as who wouldn’t want to make money modeling if they could?

However, the main source of Rockhold’s heat comes from his second fight with Michael Bisping (we’ll get to him) in which he lost the Middleweight title. In the lead up to the fight, it looked as though Rockhold truly believed Bisping didn’t even deserve to be in the same cage as him. This was made even more clear by Rockhold’s demeanor in the Octagon when the fight finally happened. Rockhold had the smuggest look on his face throughout the contest, and appeared so uninterested in the fight that even UFC announcer Joe Rogan commented on it. Rockhold topped this off with a horrendous appearance at the post fight press conference in which he continued to undermine Bisping’s skills and win.

Rockhold’s career looks as though it could be over after suffering back to back brutal knockouts at the hands of Yoel Romero and Jan Blachowicz. Even though most fans don’t like Luke Rockhold, it’s fair to hope he makes a full recovery and has success in life outside the cage. Also, how can you not love his dog Lucy?
