Considering Romero is one of the best wrestlers to ever compete inside the UFC, it's fair to say that he's the one with the grappling advantage. His technique and timing for grappling exchanges is outstanding, as you can see in his fight with former 185lb champion, Chris Weidman. While Costa probably won't be on the winning end of grappling exchanges, his striking could cause a problem for Romero.
