UFC: 5 MMA Power Couples Who Could Hold Titles Simultaneously

1. Amanda Nunes And Nina Ansaroff

Amanda Nunes and Nina Ansaroff are one of MMA's most high-profile couples. The two got engaged back in August of 2018.

Amanda Nunes currently holds both the UFC bantamweight and featherweight straps. With wins over Ronda Rousey, Cris Cyborg, and Valentina Shevchenko, the 31-year-old Brazilian is widely considered the greatest female fighter of all-time. Moreover, she currently owns two belts and has more than held up her end of the bargain as far as simultaneous championship reigns go.

Now it's up to her partner, fourth-ranked strawweight Nina Ansaroff to capture the gold and make history. Ansaroff had won four consecutive fights before being outwrestled by Tatiana Suarez this past June at UFC 238. Still, she's likely only a win or two away from a title shot. Furthermore, Ansaroff is a skilled technical striker who matches up well with current champ Zhang Weili.

If we do see a couple hold titles simultaneously in the next year or so, then it will almost certainly be Amanda Nunes And Nina Ansarof, who are by far the closest to achieving the feat.
