He’s better than you, and you know it.

Maxwell Jacob Friedman has had a meteoric rise since arriving in AEW, quickly establishing himself as one of the ‘Four Pillars’ of the company alongside the likes of Sammy Guevara, Jungle Boy and Darby Allin.

‘The Salt Of The Earth’ is infamous for cutting some of the most scathing promos in modern professional wrestling, inspiring comparisons to legends such as Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and ‘Rowdy’ Roddy Piper. He’s gone toe to toe with CM Punk on the mic and held his own on multiple occasions as well, one of the ultimate testaments to his verbal acumen.

He’s established The Pinnacle, a faction comprising Wardlow, Shawn Spears, FTR and their legendary manager, Tully Blanchard.

A three-time Dynamite Diamond Ring winner, what sets MJF apart from his heelish contemporaries is that he’s not all bark and no bite. When pressed between the ropes of the squared circle, MJF can back up every heelish word he says.

He did beat CM Punk in Chicago after all. Twice.

Whether you love him or hate him, you cannot deny that championship gold is in MJF’s future.
