After months of campaigning by fans and colleagues alike, ‘Tony Elite’ has finally hired the ‘Very Nice, Very Evil’ wrestling enigma that is Danhausen.

Many fans are thrilled by the plethora of possibilities and storylines that Danhausen’s inclusion on the AEW roster offers (his debut t-shirt is the fourth highest-selling debut shirt in AEW history), though those unfamiliar with the online sensation are scratching their heads at the hire, but that is soon to change.

One thing all AEW fans have to look forward to isn’t just Danhausen’s humorous character-work, but also the intensity with which the newly minted star can go in the squared circle.

Quick wit, jars of teeth and curses are all well and good, but it’s his fluid, hard-hitting style that has set him apart from his compatriots. The sillier components of his offense complement his matches rather than feeling forced, making the ‘Very Evil, Very Elite’ wrestler’s matches wonderful experience overall.

It may still be some time before Danhausen’s leg is finally well enough for him to get back to kicking the tequila out of his opponents, but when he does, there will be no stopping him. Love that Danhausen.
