If one Superstar isn't interfering in another Superstar's match, he is trading wins to set up a rubber match. If that does not work, WWE Creative leans on its old go-to; booking a popular babyface against The Authority.

Those are the three storylines that exist in Vince McMahon's universe. Over the last three years, they have been overplayed and pounded into the ground, the result of the creative bankruptcy that exists within WWE.

It is to the point that, if the company does not have one those stories at its disposal, it cannot book anything even remotely coherent. For example, the brutally butchered McMahon family drama that played out on the Road to WrestleMania 32 or the nonsensical story of The Wyatt Family.

The Attitude Era featured dynamic, unique and fresh storylines each and every week, something that fans watching the product today would welcome with open arms.
