WWE finally settled into a groove with Asuka by just letting her scream in her native tongue, and she's looked much more comfortable since that tweak. The momentum she had as a heel carried over into a nice, if short, babyface run as Raw Women's Champion, but losing the title shouldn't mean she's forgotten.

Asuka has been one of the best things about WWE TV all year.

Shayna Baszler might've been too had her push not been continually upended by Vince McMahon's well-known whims. Much like Asuka though, she's too good to let that hold her down forever. Once Baszler is done jousting with Nia Jax, it'd be nice to see her transition into a properly satisfying feud against Asuka.

These women would have instant chemistry, and they'd willingly knock the living sh*te out of each other during matches. No bells and whistles are needed - just put them in there, ring the bell and watch wrestling magic happen. The women's division needs more serious, competitive feuds like this.
