10 Awesome Matches WWE Still Has In Its Back Pocket

7. Randy Orton Vs. Aleister Black

Aleister Black has been handled terribly since jumping from NXT to the then-main roster in 2019. When he hasn't been placed in go-nowhere tags (with Ricochet and, latterly, Humberto Carrillo), he's been boring everyone to death via stilted 'Pick. A. Fight. With. Meeeee' promos.

Hardly inspiring, but he's talented enough to overcome all of this.

All Black needs is that one opportunity to prove he can hang at a top level. Someone like Randy Orton, with his own cold and calculating menace, would be perfect for the strike-based suddenness of Black - RKO vs. Black Mass is a battle some fans would pay good money to see. If they're allowed to, that is.

This would even work if Randy Orton takes the WWE Title away from Drew McIntyre. Alternatively, it could be a nice feud for Randy to slink back down onto the undercard with if he doesn't, and it'd simultaneously elevate the talented-yet-overlooked Black.
