Match: Big Show vs. Akebono.

Good lord!

Imagine stumping up $34.95 to see Big Show's gigantic buns staring back at you. That's what folks in 2005 had to do; WWE charged them almost 35 bucks to see a 'Sumo Match' between Show and legit sumo star Akebono. It was predictably wobbly, and not just because of those thongs.

An all-round winner of a night was sullied by this crossover exhibition that nobody actually cared for. Rey Mysterio vs. Eddie Guerrero, the first MITB match, The Undertaker vs. Randy Orton, Kurt Angle vs. Shawn Michaels, John Cena vs. JBL, Batista vs. Triple H and...thong-tha-thong-thong-thongs.

Trish Stratus vs. Christy Hemme might've only lasted four minutes, but it was Steamboat vs. Flair compared to the sumo nonsense. WWE shouldn't try anything like this ever again.
