10 Best AEW Entrance Themes

4. The Young Bucks

This theme captures the subject to perfection and is a strutter in itself. It's magnificent.

The opening guitar noodle is exquisite; an instantly recognisable opening sting that doubles as a distillation of their character; it's a show-off flex by the obnoxious virtuoso technical guitarist, and therefore perfect for the Bucks' flashy in-ring style. The booming arcade voice announcing a 'Superkick Party!' also adds to the effect. It's pure Sega in its promise of spectacular, vibrant, hypersonic action.

It explodes with a 'Wooooo!" into a swaggering guitar riff that's got more c*ck on it than Finn Bálor. It's perfect for the accompanying crowd appeals and whip-up poses, and the the-elite-the-the-elite breakdown encourages more crowd noise with a call-and-response. Before the riff bursts back into life, there's a drum-led middle eight that slows down the tempo, allowing the Bucks to bask in the pop at ringside, before the parody muscleman poses come into play at the coda.

The sharp outro is gloriously ironic too. 'Young Bucks: killing the business' is the perfect sign-off to a stomper that has just caused several thousand fans to go apesh*t.
