10 Best AEW Entrance Themes

3. Riho

Dynamite Kenny Omega
Scott Lesh

This is as perfect an entrance theme for the character as the Funeral Dirge was for the Undertaker.

It's also the exact opposite of that; it's a hyper, pulsating, bouncy, frenetic, ultra-charming banger of overloaded synthesiser. It's irresistible. It would make Jim Cornette watch women's wrestling, and not skip it. It would put a whistle in the mouth and UV paint on the face of a Cannibal Corpse fan. It's the best of twee because it surgically removes schmaltz and transplants joy into every nanosecond, because there's so little space. It's an all-consuming piece of music designed to inspire a seizure of joy. It's an absolutely joyous slapper that smashes the remit with a double foot stomp because it gets the act all the way over.

Ridiculously effervescent, it builds much like a Riho match does; it's instantly appealing, creates an anticipation for the drop, and it wins you over entirely as soon as it bursts into unusual, idiosyncratic life.

It's a nostalgia-driven video game-inspired theme powered by ecstasy - an incredible bit of business.
