Stacy Keibler initially entered WCW as the winner of a talent show intended to find the next Nitro Girl. Thankfully, Vince Russo spotted her potential as a more established member of the roster, and allowed her to break free from the group. Although a talented, striking dancer, Keibler was removed from the Nitro Girls and reintroduced as 'Miss Hancock', a sexy secretary with a rather questionable dress sense. This image change garnered Keibler more popularity, which followed her into the WWE, where she became one of the most popular divas on the roster. Her turn as the heelish 'Duchess of Dudleyville' wouldn't have occurred were it not for her earlier experience as the enigmatic Hancock, who would turn up to distract babyfaces by dancing on the entrance ramp.
