Even though Santino Marella announced his in-ring retirement back in 2014 after a third serious neck injury, his official release brings to an end years of comedic gold.
Carving a path for himself as an irritating heel in WWE, Marella truly shined as a hilarious, lovable dope from Italy. Above all other humorous moments, his tea party with tag team partner Vladimir Kozlov and Sheamus was a genuine riot.
The pair of Marella and Kozlov approached the ring dressed as "proper English gentlemen" during an episode of Raw in Manchester, inviting Sheamus to join them for a traditional tea party in order to squash their differences.
Although Sheamus was clearly open to the peace offering, Santino's hilarious verbal stumbles continued to aggravate the Celtic Warrior and send the audience into raptures.
