10 Best Money In The Bank Cash-Ins Ever

1. Seth Rollins

Fans already knew Seth Rollins was the most talented member of The Shield, but they also thought he was the one most in danger of being overshadowed when the group eventually split. Those fears were proven wrong when Rollins turned on Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose to join The Authority, immediately becoming one of the company's top heels.

Just a few weeks later, Rollins competed against Ambrose, Dolph Ziggler, Rob Van Dam, Jack Swagger, and Kofi Kingston in the 2014 Money in the Bank match. With some help from Kane, Rollins claimed the briefcase, earning a contract for a shot at the newly-unified WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Rollins proved himself worthy of a singles push over the next several months, having amazing matches with Ambrose, John Cena, and more. Despite the fact that he, like Dolph, would frequently attempt (and fail) to cash in, his stock still rose. Without using his briefcase, Rollins was granted a title shot at the 2015 Royal Rumble. That match - a triple threat pitting Rollins against Cena and WWE Champion Brock Lesnar - was one of the most outrageous bouts in WWE history.

At WrestleMania 31, Rollins was booked in a singles match against ally-turned-enemy Randy Orton. Orton picked up the win when he reversed Rollins's Curb Stomp into an RKO, but despite the setback, the star's evening wasn't over.

In the main event of the show, Lesnar defended the title against Royal Rumble winner Reigns in a brutal, bloody war. Lesnar was dominant, but just when it looked like Reigns was starting to make a comeback, Rollins's music hit the PA system.

As the fans screamed, Rollins became the first man to use his Money in the Bank briefcase to join a match already in progress - the main event of WrestleMania. Lesnar nearly managed to plant Rollins with an F5, but he escaped thanks to a Spear from Reigns. Rollins then put Reigns down with a Curb Stomp to win the title.

The image of Rollins holding up the WWE World Heavyweight Championship following his stunning win remains the lasting impression not just of the show, but of 2015 in WWE as a whole. The cash-in and victory cemented Rollins as not just WWE's new number one heel, but as a legitimate superstar for many years to come.
