When crisis-hit WWE turned to Shane McMahon after a slew of injuries left its projected WrestleMania 33 line-up looking like one of the most threadbare for a generation, most fans took the precaution of bracing themselves for a year without an Undertaker classic.

And, despite nearly killing himself, Vince's boy probably didn't quite manage to prove them wrong. His Hell in a Cell bout with the Deadman fell short of being epic in just about every measure bar its length (and, if we're totally honest, we probably could have done without the middle 10 minutes).

Given that it was his first match in more than five years, that could be forgiven - and, for its jaw-dropping closing set piece if nothing else, it is well worth a place in Shane's top 10.
