You would be hard-pressed to find a better wrestling match contested by a pair of nominal non-wrestlers than the bout between Shane, who was unveiled as the new majority owner of WCW on the go-home Raw, and his evil-doing dad Vince.
Fans who flocked to Houston's Reliant Astrodome in search of inch-perfect technical wrestling would probably have preferred the Benoit-Angle showdown two matches earlier, but this one was pure story-telling, and perhaps one of the most satisfying conclusions to a WWE angle we've ever seen.
That came when Linda, previously comatose, rose up from her wheelchair and slapped her husband for his various crimes, helping son Shane pull off one of precious few singles victories of his career. Truly, this was a WrestleMania miracle.
