Sport: Cheerleading Gimmick: One Member Of An All Male Cheerleading Group Called "The Spirit Squad" You may know him now as the man who steals the show, and your girlfriend, but Dolph Ziggler wasn't always the cocky former heavyweight champion that we know him as today. He debuted in 2006 as a part of "The Spirit Squad," a group of male cheerleaders that would be declared the World Tag Team Champions in April of that year. They wrestled under the "Freebird's Rule" where any two members could compete during a tag match and defend the belts. The Spirit Squad were often the butt of jokes, including having raw sewage dropped on them by DX. After losing the tag titles in November of 2006 the group disbanded, and Nicky was sent back down the development in OVW. Despite having a rough start in the WWE, Nicky came back in 2008, being repackaged into Dolph Ziggler, and has since seen more success, including being a 2 time World Heavyweight Champion. Ziggler is now a fan favorite, and even though he doesn't always get the respect that he deserves, he still has a promising career ahead of him.
Brandon Tischer is an avid wrestling fan who has been watching since he was a kid. He, along with his friends, have made a pact to never miss a Wrestlemania together.
