It was all very CM Punk, a fact not lost on whoever came up with this slightly disturbing photoshop. This tiny-headed, huge-bodied monstrosity could have lurked in a barely noticeable corner of Twitter until the hype surrounding Paige's promo died down, but instead it was spotted by Mick Foley, and retweeted to his 1.4million followers.
