9. DDP vs. Chris Benoit vs. Raven (WCW Uncensored 1998)
As the only entry from World Championship Wrestling, this match may surprise some people. Throughout late-1997 and into early-1998, the feuds between Raven, Chris Benoit and Diamond Dallas Page were all excellent. Raven and Benoit constructed an excellent brawl at Souled Out In January, and the match between DDP and Benoit at SuperBrawl was equally as awesome. Combine both bouts, and that led proceedings to Uncensored in March. The prize was Page's United States Title, but that wasn't even the main focal point of the match for many. Instead, WCW fans had been thrilled by consistent performances from all 3 competitors in mid card offerings, and really wanted to see what might happen when they were all involved. The results, as predicted, were brilliant. On a card also including the likes of Hollywood Hogan vs. Randy Savage inside a Steel Cage, it would have been hard for any other match to take the spotlight. Going just over 15 minutes, Page, Raven and Benoit managed that. Their Triple Threat war was tremendously hard-hitting from the first moment.
