Not every wrestler reaction on this list has to be based around a tense confrontation with a sign-wielding fan, and, in this instance, it's simply about one legendary wrestler enjoying a fun moment.

That wrestler is Edge; an Edge who was exactly one month away from being forced into retirement on the night after WrestleMania XXVII.

Over the decades, we've seen certain wrestling fans become popular in their own right amongst fellow fans and even those within the business. On that front, one such fan is Sign Guy, aka Rick Achberger. Doing exactly as it says on the tin, this fella is famed for turning up at WWE events with a whole slew of memorable signs.

On the 11 March 2011 edition of SmackDown, Sign Guy caught the attention of the Rated-R Superstar with a sign stating how Edge has the same Tiger Blood in his system as Charlie Sheen had been proclaiming to have running through his veins.

For Edge, this massively popped the then-World Heavyweight Champion as he got to share a moment with this superfan.

Unbeknownst to the Canadian at that point in, this period was effectively his WWE swansong, for he would announce his in-ring retirement on the 11 April post-'Mania episode of Raw. Of course, Edge would miraculously return to the ring nine years later at the 2020 Royal Rumble.
