Together, The Rock and Steve Austin worked three stunning WrestleMania matches. The one at 'Mania X-Seven may always be considered the best, but there's something more historic about the co-main event at XIX. After all, this was Stone Cold's last match to date in a WWE ring.

Detailing in his book the various health problems that were playing havoc on his mind, Austin said he was determined to put in a shift at WrestleMania and return a favour to the man who had given him some of his biggest victories. Utterly determined to do the job, Austin wanted to give Rock his first win over him at 'Mania.

Both men had risen up the WWE ladder at roughly the same time, so it was fitting that Austin's final match would come against an old foe. Though match quality may not have been as high as X-Seven, the XIX bout was a festival of finishers and (most importantly) ended in Austin staring at the lights on his way out.
