10 Best Wrestling-Based Music Videos

1. Stuck Mojo - Rising

Is it the best wrestling-based music video of all time? I'm not sure about that, but it certainly looks like the most fun.

Stuck Mojo's ties to professional wrestling are well documented, to the point where members of the band join Chris Jericho in Fozzy. Before that however, they released this little diamond from their 1998 album, 'Rising'.

The video features Stuck Mojo as tag team champions, performing in the middle of the ring as Raven and his Flock lay waste to anyone and everyone. Kidman pulls out a particularly sweet dive into the crowd.

Just when all seems to be lost for the Mojo, good ol' DDP, Diamond Dallas Page turns up and does what he did best; Diamond Cutter-ing everyone within reach. A fine video.

The Stuck Mojo 'Rising' album actually featured the WCW US Heavyweight Title belt as its front cover. Why, I'm not entirely sure. Maybe a desire for secondary championships to be treated with respect, even as far back as 1998?

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
