Jason Solomon is a lifelong wrestling fan who has been doing his own show, Solomonster Sounds Off, since way back in 2007. In terms of fan-made wrestling pods, The Solomonster has one of the very best out there. Whilst its a little frustrating that the show only drops once a week (usually on a Sunday morning), its understandable given that, after all, this is just a wrestling fan taking time out of his regular life to make his voice heard. The first thing youll notice about Jason Solomon is his passion. This is somebody who understands wrestling and, more importantly, gives a damn. And whilst caring about the business that so many of us hold dear, Solomon also manages to splash in plenty of humour and also make his show stand out with some of his regular segments, such as his Mail Bag feature or his famed Buy or Sell in which he makes the decision of which talent to buy or sell out of two performers, which can sometimes be a lot trickier than it sounds (Kurt Angle or Bret Hart, for instance). Whilst Solomonster Sounds Off may not the fanfare or name value of some other wrestling podcasts out there, Jason Solomons show is worth taking the time to hunt down and give a chance to.

As a lifelong wrestling fan, horror obsessive, and comic book nerd, he's been covering those topics professionally as far back as 2010. In addition to his current WhatCulture role of Senior Content Producer and Presenter, Andrew previously spent nearly a decade as Online Editor and Lead Writer for the world's longest-running genre publication, Starburst Magazine, and his work has also been featured on BBC, TechRadar, Tom's Guide, WhatToWatch, Sportkskeeda, and various other outlets, in addition to being a Rotten Tomatoes-approved film critic.
Between his main day job, his role as lead panel host of Wales Comic Con, and his gig as a pre-match host for Wrexham AFC games, Andrew has also carried out a hugely varied amount of interviews, from the likes of Robert Englund and Eli Roth to Kevin Smith and the Russo Brothers, to Kevin Conroy and Frank Miller, to Bret Hart and Sting, to Mickey Thomas, Joey Jones, Phil Parkinson, and Brian Flynn, to many, many more.
