10 Best Wrestling Threats Of All Time

7. Bryan's Head On A Stick

Barely visible in the darkness this Dragon Gate USA promo was shot in, Jon Moxley is a man clearly comfortable in the shadows - the WWE spotlights that found Dean Ambrose years later have always been too bright for the 'Lunatic Fringe' to pull off some of the horrific lines he hurls at Bryan Danielson ahead of their 2010 clash.

With more than a hint of Heath Ledger's Joker coursing through his cadence and delivery, Moxley threatens to undermine the future WWE Champion's entire independent legacy with a beating so bad his prior form will be unrecognisable in the aftermath.

For all he'd say about Seth Rollins' face four years later, the eventual 'Lunatic Fringe' earned his crazy stripes threatening to take Bryan's entire bonce. Ever the pro, Moxley promoted the show and the typical stakes - before he described a stake of an entirely different kind.

It was the perfect blend of old school and new blood; "On September 26th in Milwaukee, I'm going to take it upon myself to finish the job. Aren't we all such big stars?! I've got to carry all these belts around and they don't mean d*ck... all these promoters giving me all this money and you know what? It doesn't mean d*ck to me. I don't want it. What I want, is DANIEL BRYAN'S HEAD ON A STICK."
