10 Best WWE Extreme Rules Matches Ever

6. Brock Lesnar vs Triple H (2013)

Brock Lesnar and Triple H entered a trilogy of matches at Summerslam 2012. The Beast and the Game traded victories on that night and at WrestleMania 29, so it was only right that the pair met for one final clash inside a steel cage to decide just who was superior. Lesnar had broken Triple H's arm in the past, while he did the same to Shawn Michaels with his trademark Kimura Lock. Lesnar's ridiculous strength was on show (as ever) as he threw Hunter around like a rag doll at times. Triple H worked Lesnar's knee for spells when on top in the encounter after Lesnar missed a high knee and crashed into the cage. Lesnar sold that as strongly as he's sold anything since his return to the business, screaming in pain in a whine-fest that would have made Paul Heyman proud. Triple H tried everything - a figure-four, chair shots to the leg, the unveiling of a camouflage sledgehammer attached at the top of the cage - and even a sharpshooter. But the momentum swung fatally in Lesnar's favour after Heyman found his way into the cage and delivered a low blow. A hammer shot to the head and an F5 ended it, and the right man went over.
