Everyone knows that the insults which hurt the most are the ones that have a whiff of truth about them. That's why Enzo labelling his former tag team partner "a seven foot catchphrase that [he] wrote" ranks as one of the best insults of the year.
Because, really, what future is there for Big Cass, now that he has parted ways with WWE's Certified G? His physical attributes, impressive though they are undoubtedly are, pale by comparison to the likes of Braun Strowman, and the rest of his act isn't nearly good enough to stand out from the Raw mid-card.
Despite Cass emerging from his summer feud with a Big Show-assisted Enzo with victory, it was his ex-running mate who came out with more credibility, having proven that his mic skills amounted to more than just the ability to lead the crowd in a communal chant-along.
Whatever his flaws in and out of the ring, Enzo's sharp delivery is matched by only a handful of wrestlers in the entire company. You don't want to find yourself on the receiving end of one of his put-downs unless you have a generous supply of ice on standby.
