By September 2006 the feud between the McMahon Family and Shawn Michaels had thankfully stopped bothering the big man upstairs, with Triple H joined his long-time buddy to begrudgingly reform D-Generation X. This would mercifully be the final match of the feud.

The build-up saw DX destroy WWE HQ, and as punishment they were put into a handicap Hell in a Cell match against Vince, Shane, and Big Show. Why was Big Show involved I hear you ask? Why, it was a main event feud that needed a big dude siding with authority, why else do you think he was there?

The match itself wasn't the greatest Cell match of all time, but it was a damn fun brawl nonetheless. Big Show was taken out early, meaning the other four could get to brawling and bleeding, two things they did with aplomb. At times the line between hate and comedy was blurred a little too much, but what else would one expect from a Vince McMahon match?

DX picked up the win after blasting Vince with Sweet Chin Music and a Sledgehammer.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
