Another mid-level Cruiserweight with an excellent record, Akira Tozawa entered 2018 on the back of a surprisingly productive 2017, though he never really felt like one of the brand's top stars.

The affable Japanese star was granted a token title reign in August. Sadly, it acted as nothing more than a needless speed bump in Neville's epic run, which had been the only thing making 205 Live worth watching at the time. Wresting the gold from the the Englishman's clutches on the August 14th episode of Raw, Tozawa held it for just six days, and his return to obscurity was confirmed with a clean loss in their eventual rematch.

He has 11 losses on his record, but only Neville, Brian Kendrick, and Tony Nese were able to defeat him in singles competition. Tozawa spent most of his year wrestling Nese, Drew Gulak, and Ariya Daivari in listless 205 bouts, and came out on top on the vast majority of occasions, though a multitude of multi-man and tag losses sully his record. Still, 76.09% is nothing to sniff at considering the names below him on the list...
