The Swiss Superman is kind of the Chris Benoit of this generation...from an in-ring perspective, not the whole family murdering thing.

Just like the Canadian grappler, he's a wrestler's wrestler in the ring. He does so many things so well, that you would think he'd be a top star. But unfortunately, just like Benoit, he’s not that great on the mic. However, because he’s so damn good in the ring, and has so much respect from the fans, he too may someday get that run with a major title.

Some of Cesaro’s best work in the company has actually come against John Cena. They’ve put on a couple of Raw classics, and due to their similar size and strength, they’ve been ideal opponents for one other. Overall, it's pretty rare that you see anything The Swiss Superman has been involved with that hasn't ranged from pretty good to pretty damn fantastic.

The only thing Cesaro is missing that would put him higher on this list, is some big matches on a major show. He's like the king of the TV match, but hasn't yet been given those key pay-per-view main event type chances.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
