Forget that WWE is about wrestling, and think of it just as an entertainment company - which is what it really is, a multimedia entertainment company. Is Triple H really qualified to run such a business? Could you imagine him in charge of a Disney or any other business in the entertainment industry? Or, putting it another way, can you imagine any other major company appointing someone so unproven in the business world? The answer is no way. How can this guy, who has mainly spent his life as a pro wrestler, suddenly become the manager of a company worth hundreds of millions of dollars and employing over seven-hundred people? His experience is basic, with only five proper years spent in the trenches of the corporate side of WWE. As for qualifications, he has zero. Most major companies look for Harvard or Oxbridge backgrounds in their top executives. The only thing Hunter ever studied was old school wrestling matches. It'll be a problem with him, and he may well end up feeling in over his head. He's going to have to utilise some serious self-belief to make it.
