7. Relaunching The Divas (Again)

The Divas Revolution was one of the biggest WWE creative projects of 2015, but it failed miserably and actually devalued many of the divas. Charlotte was one of the most celebrated in-ring talents in NXT, but on Raw she has been just another diva. Likewise, Sasha Banks was one of the best pro wrestlers on the planet when featured in NXT, but on Raw she's barely even featured. There is potential, we know that from NXT. What creative have to do is provide the platform for the girls to do their work. The contrived Team PCB and Team BAD nonsense was a narrative killer. A renewed focus on one on one feuds, with the title as a catalyst, is what is needed. That's what worked so well in NXT. Banks in particular is deserving of more. Creative must give her better material to work with in 2016, providing her the opportunity to show why she is one of WWE's best in-ring workers.
