6. Three Hour Raw Structuring
A constant problem for creative is the three hour Raw run-time. You can guarantee that creative long for the days of two hour Raw shows, but there's more money to be made by having the show three hours. It isn't going to change. With that in mind, everyone involved in producing the show must knuckle down and figure out how to structure the three hours in a way that entertains and retains viewership. There's no easy formula and it is going to take weeks of experimentation to get right, but one thing for sure, the old habit of twenty minute promo / three minute match / another promo / longer match / repeat, it doesn't work any more. The audience is way too conditioned to knowing Raw's structure and what's worth skipping, meaning that creative must come up with something new for 2016.
