When the Ascension joined forces with Stardust with Cody Rhodes to become the Cosmic Wasteland, we could have been witnessing the beginning of a new Wyatt-esque stable of creepy heels. Instead, the trio have appeared together sporadically, making little impact beyond the occasional meaningless victory. The plan was surely to have Stardust help build the NXT graduates as a legitimate threat, but they've continued to stagnate, and were quickly jobbed out to the Dudley Boyz on Raw. Stardust was nowhere to be seen: are the three even a stable anymore? For Cody's sake, a split would probably be the best thing, allowing him to concentrate on his own feuds and storylines without a pair of (very raw) greenhorns dragging him down. On the other hand, without Stardust giving them relevance, what is to become of Konnor and Viktor?
